Foods rich in water or fat
It is inadvisable to freeze both water- and fat-rich foods. So it is best to avoid freezing tomatoes, cucumbers, milk, butter or fruit such as watermelon, melon or pineapple.
Eggs
Among the foods that should absolutely not be frozen are raw eggs, but the same would apply to egg-based sauces.
The sausages
Among the foods that it would be better not to freeze are sausages. To preserve this type of food, it would be better to use vacuum packing as freezing could result in loss of flavour and texture.
The fish
Fish should only be frozen when it is very fresh. If the fish is not fresh, it is better not to freeze it at all.
