Punch, the traditional Christmas cocktail recipe
Christmas is just a few days away... Although often this is the most hectic time of the year we will have to stop for a while and enjoy the festive atmosphere in peace.
A glass of punch in company is a perfect way to relax. Punch is a unique drink, because everyone makes it their own way with many variations.
However, it should contain five original ingredients: water, sugar, alcohol, lemon and spices. Preparing it at home is not difficult at all.

However, it should contain five original ingredients: water, sugar, alcohol, lemon and spices.

For 4 cups of punch we would need: 500 ml of red wine, 1.5 dl of Bacardi (rum), 500 ml of water, 100 g of sugar (or honey), 2 oranges, 1 lemon, 2 whole cinnamon sticks, 5-6 whole cloves and 2 star anise flowers.
We can also add any fruit to the punch (it is also good from compote): strawberries, pineapples, apples, pears etc., all cut into small pieces.
